 Meditation and prayer are the main pinnacles of strength I require in my life as a Psychic Medium.  Do Unto Yourself As You Do Unto Others! Yes, this is an important message for those who are the ultimate nurturers who sacrifice and give so lovingly to others. In my psychic reading sessions, this is represented by the pelican. Those of you who do so much for others in such a selfless manner can lose a little piece of yourself. Life is give and take. If you give too much to others, you become withdrawn and out of balance. Self care is vital and you deserve some time in solitude and renewal. Take care of yourself for the long haul and balance your energy with some much needed "Me Time" to nuture your soul.
 Valentine's Day is the holiday for couples and spouses to join together for unity and celebration. There is no greater love than two people brought together by the Universe with a Soul Mate or Twin Flame connection. After the bereavement of a spouse, the loss for this type of relationship makes it a difficult challenge to move forward. LaQuita came to me anticipating a reconnection with her beloved Ray. Her husband was speaking to me hours before she arrived. He appeared to me in the prime of his life with this teddy bear persona, wearing flannel shirts, showing a "fix it" mechanical side to himself & many generalizations of having a lot of fun in life. He knew he was blessed to have her as his wife. He was eager to give her advice on how to handle some vital decisions affecting her future and to apologize for all the paperwork she had to complete. Signs of Ray’s presence were all around her and his brother in law with black birds, cardinals & his presence in the home. References were given to her about his broken neck from an earlier accident in his life, health issues, his emotional side & specific cherished moments they shared. He indicated that he had a special nickname for her & that she carries pictures of him with her along with a single love letter he wrote to her. There were so many tender private messages to reassure her that she is not alone. Love is infinite! And the remarkable soul connections we carry will always remain. Those who have crossed over really intend for us to see their signs of communication. A number of my readings this week have focused on the unique ways Spirit is there to give us a little nudge just to say "I am still here". Focus on your surroundings and you will notice those subtle messages from heaven!  Dreams really do come true. With great risk comes greater change & transformation! My year has started off with meeting new friends and clients which is so rewarding. Only a handful of reading appointments remain in February & then I am booked & scheduling for March.
